I resigned recently from my company without having any new offer on hand.
Everybody says it is not a good decision to leave job without getting new offer and I am also thinking how to manage my expenses till the time I get new job.
But only I understand why I have taken such strong decision. I was working with a manager who never valued my work and dedication.
All promises made by my manager for my growth were only empty words.
Managers were biased and unprofessional with no vision and clarity.
No appreciation and motivation for good work done.
It was suffocating working in such environment feeling less valued even after putting your best for more than 5 years .
Before leaving the company, I have ensured to provide enough and cleared feedback to HR and few senior people by hoping something good will happen for current employees in future. Let's hope for the best.
Finally, I decided to look forward for a job that could raise me up instead of pulling me down in my career.
It is an end of one story and now it is time to start a new journey.
I don't know what is coming in my way in future but one thing I am sure that is whatever will come in my way will be better than what I left.
